I don’t venture to Brooklyn often, but when I do, I always promise myself to go more frequently. Full of specialty coffee and ice cream shops and some cool flea markets in warehouses, I recently discovered another Brooklyn treasure. Royal Palms Shuffleboard in Brooklyn is indescribably the coolest, craziest place I’ve ever been. 17,000 square feet of Shuffleboard, board games, alcohol (must be 21 to enter), rotating food trucks and a DJ, a trip to Royal Palms is the perfect night out. Did I mention you could possibly meet your soulmate at Royal Palms? Next week, there is an engagement party for a couple who met while playing and partying there! Royal Palms is a Brooklyn destination for all ages – my 23-year-old daughter has been a few times and loves it, and my husband and I have been there, too! Go with an open mind and ready to have a blast!
