I tried Sweet Bee Bakeshop cookies at my local market (how could i not?) and wow, was I shocked. I mean stunned! They were perfectly amazing cookies. They are made from frozen cookie dough balls and are as good . . . No . . . BETTER than any cookies I’ve bought from any bakery. They are shipped frozen with dry ice so you can bake 1 at a time or the whole bag (like I might bake one at a time LOL). I PROMISE YOU – no one will know the dough was frozen! Sweet Bee Bakeshop’s variety includes salted chocolate chip, gluten free chocolate chip, brown butter toffee with chocolate chips and potato chips, oatmeal golden raisin and chocolate white chocolate. I have tried them all except the gluten free and part of me loves them and wants them in the house ALL THE TIME and the other part of me thinks it’s for the best if I never buy them again. But guess which part of me wins? They are always in the house! These cookies make a great gift for kids at college (especially during exams) or for Mom for Mother’s Day. They are also the perfect thing to keep in the freezer for when you need a quick dessert and don’t want to run out to the bakery. Long post about chocolate chip cookies, but you know I’m a chocolate chip cookie connoisser and I wanted to do these cookies justice!
