I stumbled upon this amazing food blog, My Name is Yeh, which won a major award from Saveur magazine – Blog of the Year 2015. Molly, the content creator and photographer extraordinaire of My Name is Yeh, collaborated with Cake in a Crate – so through Molly, I discovered Cake in a Crate. Cake in a Crate sells “kits” of prepackaged ingredients for amazing desserts. Every single ingredient was in the box! Best of all, their ingredients are vegan, gluten-Free, dairy-Free and no refined sugar! I contacted Cake in a Crate and they sent me a sample package of one of their kits – mini hazelnut cakes with chocolate ganache – coincidentally what Molly collaborated on with them. I made them yesterday and you have to admit, they look pretty amazing, don’t they? Incredibly moist cake with perfect chocolate ganache, I was very proud of myself. This is a perfect hostess gift, but why don’t you buy it for yourself? Because, hey, you’re worth it!
So do I! Such a great idea, isn’t it?
I love the packaging!
My pleasure! All really special sites/women!
Thanks, Gigi! I couldn’t believe I could make something that looked so pretty! and, they tasted as good as they look!
Thank you for turning me onto Yeh! What a lovely woman and blog! And again thank you for introducing me to the Twin Makers. They bring JOY to the world.
