½ cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon fillets on a pan lined with foil and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine jam, horseradish and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined. Place sauce over salmon fillets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
