I found this yummy salmon recipe over on Garnish with Lemon and I am forever grateful to Anna and Lisa because this dinner literally take 3-5 minutes to make. Did I mention it’s phenomenal? WOOHOOO!

INGREDIENTS
½ cup apricot jam
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon fillets on a pan lined with foil and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine jam, horseradish and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined. Place sauce over salmon fillets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
