Last weekend, my husband and I went to the New York City Coffee Festival. We were introduced to all sorts of coffee paraphernalia, beans and coffee makers, but my favorite part of the experience was a macchiato at Toby’s Estate coffee. Because of this droolworthy macchiato, I intend to make Toby’s Estate my go to coffee when in NYC (locations). Toby’s also has a Brew School where you can take classes or private lessons – Home Brew Methods, Espresso Foundations, or Latte Art. **Cough cough -What a great gift idea for the holidays! Another special treat was discovering McCrea’s handcrafted caramels. Do you like sweet and salty? Like sea salt on your chocolate chip cookies?
