I made macaroons yesterday for Passover. It took all of 15 minutes. If you love macaroons as much as I do, I enthusiastically recommend this recipe. Naturally, the recipe is Ina Garten’s. I added the chocolate to it because, well, it’s chocolate. You can always leave the chocolate off, but I wouldn’t. Happy Passover!
