When I was younger, sleep, where I slept, how much or little of it I got, the noise level in the room in which I was sleeping and the surface on which I was sleeping – none of it mattered. I could sleep anywhere. For long periods of time.

Unfortunately, as I have gotten a little older, sleep has become a little bit of a tricky situation. Tossing and turning throughout the night is the norm. Looking at the clock 7 or 8 different times throughout the night is the norm. Recently, I discovered a little trick which has worked wonders for me and my sleep situation. I turned down the air conditioner one degree, (seriously, only 1 degree) and I am sleeping through the night! Since it has gotten significantly colder the last week or so and there is no need for air conditioning, make sure you open your windows. WIDE! I think it has given me back A Good Night Sleep!
