Another idyllic spot in Mexico, The Resort at Pedregal is accessed through the only privately owned tunnel in Mexico. The readers of Travel and Leisure voted The Resort at Pedregal the Best Hotel in Mexico – need I say more? With numerous awards and accolades, this 5 star resort has been added to my bucket list.
