These Summertime S’mores started out as Homemade Mallomars . We ate them before they made it into the refrigerator, so they were soft and gooey, just like S’mores made by the fire. Thank you for the idea, Chocolate Covered Katie .
Chocolate chips – I used Ghirardelli semi-sweet.
The only cooking involved is the melting of the chocolate in a double boiler. It is an option to melt the chocolate in the microwave, but be careful – the chocolate can “seize” and then, it’s ruined. I prefer to melt it in a double boiler.
While you are melting the chocolate, place the graham cracker halves on parchment or waxed paper. Place a small rounded scoop of Fluff on top of each graham cracker, (periodically checking the melted chocolate ) then drizzle the melted chocolate and you’re finished. You have in front of you, the best S’mores you will ever have. YOU’RE WELCOME!
