I have always had a thing for blondies – they are up there with chocolate chip cookies in my book. I stumbled upon Sisters Gourmet Blondie Mix at Sickles – our local gourmet market and decided I had to bake them. Good decision on my part because they tasted exactly as a blondie should taste – thick and chewy in the center and perfectly crisp on the edges. The best part – no gathering of ingredients! Everything is in the jar! All I had to do was take out a stick of butter, let it soften, mix it all together and put it in the oven. Sisters Gourmet – you had me at hello.
