I stumbled upon this amazing food blog, My Name is Yeh, which won a major award from Saveur magazine – Blog of the Year 2015. Molly, the content creator and photographer extraordinaire of My Name is Yeh, collaborated with Cake in a Crate – so through Molly, I discovered Cake in a Crate. Cake in a Crate sells “kits” of prepackaged ingredients for amazing desserts. Every single ingredient was in the box! Best of all, their ingredients are vegan, gluten-Free, dairy-Free and no refined sugar! I contacted Cake in a Crate and they sent me a sample package of one of their kits – mini hazelnut cakes with chocolate ganache – coincidentally what Molly collaborated on with them. I made them yesterday and you have to admit, they look pretty amazing, don’t they? Incredibly moist cake with perfect chocolate ganache, I was very proud of myself. This is a perfect hostess gift, but why don’t you buy it for yourself? Because, hey, you’re worth it!

I’m super proud of the first two images in this post. Please excuse the final image, I wanted to include it so you could see how you get every ingredient and how they are packaged. This was the best photo available. I’m learning and it’s all a work in progress. Thank you.
