I posted this Apple Cake back in October of 2015. We had an abundance of berries that I knew if I didn’t use them would go bad, so I thought they would go very well in my Apple Cake. I substituted strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for the apples. I’m not sure of the quantities, but I imagine that it was more than one pint of berries, but less than two pints. I did not toss with the cinnamon and sugar for obvious reasons. Of course, it was amazing. You are very welcome.
